It's time for the Friends Annual Book Sale!

The Friends of the Avon Free Public Library will hold its annual used Book Sale May 2, 3 and 4 at the Avon Community Center, 635 West Avon Rd.   The sale features over 20,000 hardcover and paperback books, including a selection of rare books and books for children, as well as CDs, DVD’s, videotapes, software and audiobooks. A Preview Sale will take place on Friday, May 2 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Admission to this popular event is $5, or free with Friends membership.  The sale will also be open with no admission charge on Saturday May 3, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday May 4, 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm.  On Sunday there will be a “Buy a Bag of Books for $5.00” special.
