FLU/ PNEUMONIA Clinics-Schedule available after September 1
Offered by the Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association
The Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association (FV-VNA) will be offering FLU vaccinations, for individuals 18 years and older and PNEUMONIA vaccinations for those 65 years and older, during clinics being scheduled this Fall in various locations. There is a fee for this service and appointments are necessary.
