TOWN OF SIMSBURY
WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY
PUBLIC HEARING

The Simsbury, CT Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on   Thursday, March 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the conference room at the Water Pollution Control Facility, 36 Drake Hill Road, Simsbury.

The purpose of the hearing is to review the proposed increase in the Sewer Use Rate Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) fee. The Authority has voted to increase the fee by $10.00, to $320.00 per EDU per year, effective July 1, 2008.

Affected property owners of the Town of Simsbury are encouraged to attend, and will have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rate change.
