Hello Farmington Valley!
I am hoping as this site picks up some, that people will stop by and say hi. I am a Farmington Valley transplant by way Massachusetts. I have lived here for about 2 years now and I am loving the area. It is home to me, much like the Berkshires in which I grew up.
The only difference here is that I haven't tapped into the art scene yet. I was really active in several while living in Massachusetts, but haven't been involved in much for a while.
I plan on using the site to introduce myself to like-minded individuals in the area who like to create. Maybe someone can tell me of and art organization or group that is taking new members, or perhaps we can start one of our own.
I do lots of things. I needlefelt, knit, sew, make jewelry, paint. I love creating things. I have been selling them now on etsy too at my Shop: Sunfleur Productions . Check it out!
